These Terms of Service govern your use of PartnerWise, an iOS application providing daily relationship practice and AI coaching for couples. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
PartnerWise is operated as a solo product by Michelle Rea, based in Sweden.
PartnerWise provides daily relationship practice prompts grounded in published frameworks, on-demand AI coaching for relationship situations, and progress tracking across relationship domains.
The app requires an account to use. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
After the free beta period, PartnerWise requires a paid subscription to access full features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and are managed through Apple's App Store.
All billing is handled by Apple. We do not have access to your payment details.
You agree to use PartnerWise only for its intended purpose: personal relationship development. You agree not to:
The AI coaching feature generates responses based on published relationship frameworks and the context you provide. These responses are intended to support your thinking, not replace professional advice such as couples therapy.
PartnerWise makes no guarantee that AI-generated coaching responses are accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for how you apply the coaching in your relationship.
The app, its content, and all underlying frameworks referenced within it remain the property of their respective owners. Your use of the app does not grant you any rights to the app's content beyond personal use.
The reflections and text you write in the app remain yours. You grant PartnerWise a limited licence to store and process that content solely to deliver the service.
PartnerWise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes will be resolved in Swedish courts, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
